i totaly had my eyes set on a banshee scirocco for a simple light freerider bike, but my eye caught the free radical. this bike, to me looks more dh oriented than the scirocco and can anyone give me some weights and geo on this rig.

DWF has one of the proto's, and loves it. No idea if the numbers have changed but here is the published geo etc...

is it a legit proto or is it made with different materials than the planned production model. and have they said anything about the weight

Spoke to Knolly today and they said they are not sure of production timelines. It will be limited runs because of not as much interest in HT's. I might actually want to get one too.
