this bolt..is bent like you can see and I'll like to know if you can get me
one of thos and how much will be.
Is for my 03 DeVinci Guzzler in the technical manual is number 12 top shock
screw.

Do you not have a selection of spare bolts so you would still be able to ride for the weekend? By the looks of that bolt you should be able to take it to a local fastener supplier and pick one up for like $1.

Kudos to the customer service again, too bad no rides for you on the weekend
