My kid's company has had him doing lay outs for some of its customers for products going to market. He showed me what he was working on, but did not say it was confidential or anything. Now that the 26 inch wheel is 4 generations old (29, 27.5 and now 25.25), I figure it is dead, dead, dead.

I'm waiting for 25.75", myself. It's the perfect compromise for riders who like the light weight and flickability of a 24" BMX cruiser, and the rollover ability of the 27.5". If only there were a wheel size right in between, give or take a quarter inch. That would be awesome.
