Does anyone know what the black cable routing thing is on 12 speed XTR rear derailleurs is called? I list mine!

I accidentally broke the "tongue" on my new 12 speed XTR derailleur. The only way I found a replacement was to purchase a new XTR cable set which comes with 2 in the packaging.

And without it you get a lot of inner cable friction on the mech body, do it's a must. Also. Shimano recommends replacing when replacing the inner cable, not easily available yet. Glad they come with the cable set at least.

Are you referring to the ferrule with tongue? Those have been readily available for years.

Where is it readily available without buying the complete XTR cable kit? I am also referring to the new part number Y5PV48000.
