It’s my gear shifting thumb! Too much XTR has given me a bad case of “trigger thumb” which is an extremely painful condition in which your thumb clicks up and down when you bend it, with a great deal of pain, and sometime gets stuck in place. Got a cortisone shot today, nothing but bone and tendon in there so it was pretty painful. Doc says it’s 50/50 if it will work. If not, they do a little under the skin microsurgery to release the sticking tendon. Seems like it’s always something!

Yeah I could ride a little with the clutch off. Got the cortisone shot, which the doctor said would be 50/50, and all is well now. Until the next time!
