Hey SSers. Just wanted to convey my thanks for all of the information you guys provide (especially the FAQ) and the encouragment you guys gave me (indirectly from all of the posts here). I recently converted my old cannondale to singlespeed (as you can see below) and it is perfect for one of my more regular trails. The simplicity, yet perfection of it is incredible, yet unexplainable. It's just awesome! Anyway, thanks again to all of you guys!

cute puppy!

i'm not sure how well a sram rd works as a tensioner. it's a pretty high stress job for a plastic contraption.

don't get me wrong, i use sram on all my gearies (yes even cx). but i think they are not supposed to remain in that stretched out position.

Thanks, it is only temporary, but I'll see if I can figure something else out.
