I just wanted to post a thank you to Calmar Cycles and Specialized. I had a warranty issue on my 2009 Epic and it was taken caren of quickly and efficiently..

Without wanting to go in to too much detail, let's just say I am very happy with how Specialized handled my frame warranty situation.

Calmar had the bike ready 2 days before they had promised and James spent extra time after the store was closed getting the bike re-calibrated perfectly for me so that I could be sure to ride the next day.

I had a really good experience with a bike shop and warranty issue as well. I posted the experience on here and it was suggested to me that I make sure and give them a review and maybe drop by there with a 6-pack or two. I thought both were good ideas and bears repeating. Its great to hear about good experiences from both manufacturers and LBS'.
