I just wanted to share my experience and post a big thank you to Bob and Don at DNA Cycles. I went in there last Thursday afternoon since my 07 S-works Tarmac (roadie) was feeling a bit soft/noodley after being rear ended by another cyclist during a group ride. Close inspection of the frame showed a very small crack in the driveside seat stay close to where it meets the chain stay.:sad: Great...a new frame is definetely not in the budget and I'm now thinking what to do with road season approx 2 months away. Bob called the Specialized rep, told him the story, and somehow got my frame warrantied. Less than a week later I'm riding a brand new bike. Outstanding customer service from both DNA and Specialized! Not only did I get a new frame and fork, but the new 2009 S-works.

:thumbsup: I have had nothing but good experiences with them . They have sent off my fox 36 talas off for warranty repair, replaced my specialized carbon full face under warranty(wasn't expecting it), replaced my specialized wind pipe dual function airpump under warranty (wasn't expecting it)and always have helped me track down the parts I need in a timely manner.

Things like that keep me going back .

Bob is awesome. Ok Scott too!!

He has taken care of me on many occasions and repaired and replaced Specialized items for me on many occasion. They are 35 min drive from my house, but worth the trip for the help that I get.

I've been doing business almost exclusively with Don and crew for the 5 years I have lived here. Don has always been taken the time to make sure I'm on the right bike, and even put up with my obstinance when I stroll in and patronize his vast knowledge. :thumbsup: But my claim to fame with DNA, is that Don actually cut me a *gulp* DEAL on my Ruby Expert road bike. Heh-heh. And they said it couldn't be done... My loyalty is def to DNA, although I miss some of the old crew... like Alicia.

Naw, Don just gave me the deal because I threatened him, and his little dog too. Had nothing to do with my winsome personality.

I've bought four bikes from DNA: Rockhopper, Stumpy, Enduro SL, Demo 8. WHY? I don't want to wrench, I just want to ride. Their service is first class. I often get a ten minute turn around for simple stuff. And I've never been jacked around on warranty issues. They replace it fast with a smile.
