The drive slide slips every now and then. No matter how tight it seldomly slides up (toward crank), but never backwards, around 2-3mm... enough to notice the slack. I don't overtighten or undertighten the chain ever
Dirt cheap alternative is a lock washer with external teeth. The teeth bite into the metal of the dropout as the bolt is tightened. Literally, a few pennies at the hardware store. Go with stainless steel to prevent rusting.
