what is 'intense tuition'? sounds expensive...

I'm going to photograph a mtb race on Sunday so I think I'll cram. Even though I know the course very well because I ride it, I'm going to try to get out and scout from a photography perspective before the race.

The articles are kind of geared towards abstract/advanced/bull***. I think looking in the action part of photography forums give much better practical information.
