I ve seen many TEKTRO V-brakes, but these are the first hydraulic disc brakes i saw made by them. So how well are these brakes compared to Deore hydraulic disc brakes?

They're not great. Better than the mechanical offering though. They use mineral oil like the Shimano brakes. Nothing more than a parking lot spin - so I don't know about real-world performance or durability.
