Tassajara vs Haro Flightline Sport

I have an '03 GF Tassajara and was looking at a used '08 Flightline Sport. Not knowing about bikes too much I'm not sure if this is a good deal. The haro has disc brakes and newer components I'm sure as opposed to my older fisher with regular brakes and older components. I know my fisher has shimano deore components. I just want a newer bike and for $250 I don't know if this Haro will be any better than my older Tass. Any insight would be great.

@ $250 the Haro is a really good deal. Look at it this way, you are getting a good disk capable frame w/ newer components. A new fork on the Haro would be the first thing to upgrade. I think you can pick up a Tora for around $100 these days and that would give you a fairly good bike.
