I know I am asking many questions, but any help would be great. I am doing a solo 24 race on sept. 4 and 5 and was wondering when to do the last big training effort. I just did a 24 race with a 4man team, riding for just under 8 hours, logging 8 laps on a 8 mile course, with a very hard pre-ride the day before. My question is, should i let this be the final prep, or should i do one or two hard centuries this weekend (two weeks before the race) to finish preparation. Any help would be great!
