I have a 2009 TALAS 32 150mm that is in need of a rebuild.... again. It's about the 5th rebuild in 3 seasons, I had it rebuilt less than 3 months ago, and it's in need again. The rebuilds are done professionally and comes back to me looking new and runs smoother and better than new. How many times can I keep having it rebuilt? Am I pushing this fork too hard and maybe need something more like a Fox 36? Any suggestions, recommendations? I run 95psi and weigh 210lbs with gear, and ride a ton.

Thanks

Wow.

Without pictures, I'd have to say it's just a seal or oil issue. Your seals could be getting worn out in short order due to the abrasiveness of your local dust and dirt. If the fork feels good for the first few rides after the rebuild and seems to hold together fine, you could ask your shop to try installing different seals in the fork, like Enduro.
