Fox and a Friend with a Vanilla 125 told me to use 7 weight oil in my TALAS. I have 7.5 weight oil from my old Psylo laying around. Would it be detrimental to use the 7.5 in my TALAS?

7.5 will be fine. Synthetic is preferred but the petro stuff will work in a pinch.
