I would like to buy a bike rack for my Toyota Tacoma that can hold 2 – 3 bikes.
More specifically, I would like the rack to be permanent (so I don’t have to load it and unload it as necessary) as well as being able to lock the bikes to the truck. I like the Yakima Locking Blockheads and was hoping to install them behind the cab rear window. Unfortunately the shape of this ledge does not allow me to access underneath to secure the nut. Some folks mount the Locking Blockheads onto a piece of wood and then mount the wood into the truck bed.
I have also seen the Saris racks but I am not sure if you can permanently lock them into the bed liner.
Your opinions and feedback are both appreciated.
