Anyone have any good ideas for a lockable, permanent bike rack (2 - 3 bikes) for the Toyota Tacoma?

Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

Rubbermaid packer box = $28 from K-Mart
3 Biketights = $40 from LBS

Bolt the Biketights to the top of the packer box. Zip screw the paker box to the bedliner. Good to go......

I've used this on 2 trucks,

most recently on my Tacoma. I use block mounts at about $20 each and some nylock nuts and stainless steel bolts. You have to create a special wrench but without the wrench you cannot remove the mounts. The bikes are locked with a very heavy padlock and cable which threads through the blockmounts.
I don't trust any locked bike out of my sight.
