Sycamore trail condition

Anyone know the condition of the Sycamore trail in Chino Hills State Park? I'm trying to plan my Father's Day ride from the Chino Hills entrance to the Carbon Cyn entrance and back. I've never ridden west of 4-corners before so any input would help.
