Hello i have an 06 Sx trail 1
When i first got this bike the only thing i hated was the creeking cranks which were tru's with single ring . So i whiched to Deitys with a single ring .
Now have moved to Idaho where you have to climb for 10 miles to get to anything that might make it worth while . So i'm wanting to get some dual ring cranks that are lighter than mine . I seen a few guys on here runnig XTs , how strong are they ? What size BB would i need plus spacers. Any other cranks i should check out too?

XT is a very good choice. They hold up to DH and freeride abuse very well. BB is the 73mm shell and spacers I forgot but I do have some on there. I will take a look later.

I have an 06 SX Trail. I recently upgraded to the FSA Gravity Light crankset. Very light and strong. No flexing they I can tell. Very happy with them. Running 36-24 dual ring setup.
