Swapping triangles on '02 and '05 Fuels?

Hi all, I'm swapping the triangle on an '05 Top Fuel 110 that was kind of scratched up, to a carbon triangle off of an '02 Fuel 100. Now my question is, does anyone know if there is a physical difference between an '02 rear carbon triangle, and an '05? I'm having issues with chain suck, among other things. I'm not sure if this is because of the new triangle, or because of an XT m760 crank that I put on at the same time. Any thoughts would be great!

I honestly couldn't tell you, but ...... your post reinforces my personal style of only upgrading/swapping out one part at a time (unless physically impossible due to whatever circumstance).....makes it easier to track down what went "wrong" after the fact. When you change more than one thing at a time, complicates the troubleshooting process. Good luck
I just used a caliper to measure the area by the crank where chain suck usually occurs, and found that the the '02 rear triangle is about an eight of an inch wider than the '05 version. So, I guess I'll put the newer scratched up '05 version back on and see if that fixes things.
