I have a 2021 Capra pro al size large 29er I want to swap the parts to a norco aurum hsp 29er what parts would work and what wouldn’t?

possibly a specialized demo frame but I can’t find the standover height for it.

What would work:
Saddle, pedals, drivetrain (assuming rear wheel for the DH bike has the same type of driver), handlebar, grips, brakes, rotors (provided they’re both 200mm at least).

What won’t: fork (dh bikes usually like a 200mm dual crown), wheels (spacing for the fork and rear are different), cranks (bb shell is 83mm on dh bikes instead of 73mm), rear shock.

Possibly: seatpost (get a straight post for the dh bike, and stem (direct mount is better). Tires usually are 2.5 on a dh bike, not 2.6.

So my fox 38 180mm travel won’t work with the norco aurum hsp? I’ve seen one yt Tues with a 38 before.

thank you for the information.

I have no idea. Have you looked at the specs foe the Norco Aurums? Traditionally, they require a DH fork, which is not a 180mm single crown
