I have an xc race bike with a 2010 f100 FIT RL and regular 9mm drop-outs and standard steerer (1.125). I also have a trail bike with a 2010 f120 FIT RLC, 15qr and taper steerer (1.5). I hardly ride my trail bike and want to swap the internals and lowers to my xc bike. Is this possible without additional mods to either forks (e.g. are the damper assemblies the same length / size)? I have asked my LBS and they don't know - I also cannot find anything on the fox site.
