Largely personal preference and terrain dependent...

I'm about 200 and ride easy coast woods mostly. I set it up more for small bumps like roots and rocks. I don't have many jumps or drops to deal with.

Psi at 170-180. Rebound 1-3 clicks back from fastest. Platform 1-2 clicks from softest. If I find that the rear end is bouncing back too much over logs or faster bumps, I move rebound 1 click slower until it's fixed.

I think salsa recommends psi at 80-90% of bodyweight.

For platform, they recommend starting at the softest and test by pedaling standing up while someone watches. Stiffen until pedal bob is minimized.
