Bullitt338 pointed out that since Universal opened a outlet in Utah, the sales tax negates their vip15 coupon.

So, does anybody have a suggestion or link to a good deal before the season?

Well,
No responses.
Pretty bummed that now Universal has a "warehouse" in Odgen. You cannot
do any pickup, but they now have to charge state tax in Utah.

With the taxes, their $40 shipping does not compensate the taxes, especially when you also can't use their VIP coupons. I've shopped there a long time, and they are a good store, but I'll look elsewhere for the Trucker. What bugs me is I sent the info to Mike at Universal that Cycle Club Sports was offering the LHT at a lower price, including free shipping from Texas...and...the very next day, Cycle Club Sports has all Surly products removed from their website, save the photos of the LHT and the Cross Check. Coincidence, or QBP and Surly putting the hammer down for what???

Forgive the paranoia, but that is weird. I am mad at myself for not taking a screen grab of the checkout page with the price.
