Just because people complain about customer service so much and this is the general discussion forum I would like to send a positive note for Surly.
Shot them an email on Sunday. Had a very nice and helpful reply by monday. We traded another set of emails with very quick responses.
If you are looking for a unique bike my Surly has done me well and the customer service was great.
You can't say that very often now-a-days!
