Trying to decide b/n a set of Sun-Ringle Disc-O-Tek and Azonic Outlaw wheelsets. No downhill or all mountain riding in Houston so I don't really need something that strong, but I do beat on my bike. Only able to find two reviews on the DiscOteks which is why I'm posting this. I ride a hardtail if that matters any.
Sun-Ringle = Disc-O-Tek rims paired with Sun-ringle cart. bearing hubs that are a step down from the Abba hubs.
Azonic= Outlaw rims with unknown Azonic cart. bearing hubs(convertible from QR to TA)

Which should I get?

Actually, I just found out how wide the Outlaws are which puts them out of the running. 32mm sounds a bit wide for a 2.1, tire doesn't it? Too bad because the white and black set is sexy and would look great on my currently all black bike. :(

I have outlaws with 2.1 tires and it looks alright. The wheelset is really bombproof, but really depends on what you're looking for...

Really? What tires do you run? I wasn't concerned about looks just fitment. I'm new to this and 32mm looks really wide compared to the rims I have now(no name w/ formula hubs). Also worried about fitment because it doesn't look like I can go any wider with tires since the rear is almost rubbing the chainstays.

Bombproof is always a plus in my book so I don't mind a little overkill. I'd rather have something that weighs a little more and puts up with whatever I throw at it than something light and fragile. I'm not a weight weenie!
