Suggestions on audible warning device?

I just recieved my seoul P4U today and will be trying to upgrade my lux and see how it works using the exsisting puck (under everyones suggestion) and I also put in an order for a cree w/lens and just recievd my b-flex board to build a dedicated handlbebar light (basically I took everyones suggestions) .My question now is since I am running a 7.2 lith ion battery, how can I make an electric horn for my ike that:

1. meet slow moving vehicle statues for comuting?
2. use existing source or I could build it its own battery (would be a polymere lith ion)
3. Light, preferably small, and no eyesores
4. remote switch close to hands (whole unit if small enough)
5. easily removed for when I ride offroad.
6. any sound would be good as long as it grabs attention (ie alarms, car, ect)

I woud apprecated any set up thoughts or suggestions, or build ideas, as I have one of those air orn typae that the air is held in the H2O holder and plastic horn on HB. Broke twice.
Lately, since i have the light bug, I do believe electric audible device would be the best way to go.

OTT, what is theh best curent Red or yellow led lm/wt on market?

When your batterypack is inside a bottlecage maybe there is enough room to build a small speaker in the bottlecage. A simple circuit with an NE555 could generate the tone and with 2 wires you can put the switch on your handelbar.

Several manufacturers build 3 Watt red leds that put out something like 65 Lm at 700 mA. When that is too much powerdissipation you may use something like snapleds, they run on 70mA don't a heatsing and put out more then 3 lumen
