Can't play the video, but mine does it too, does not seem like damping, seems and sonuds like it's sucking in/expelling air on every cycle.

A former Fox fork engineer I used to work with told me how he asked his boss if they wanted him to redesign a damping circuit to get rid of the "fox sound".

His boss said, "No, that's how people know it's working". ;)
Well, as a user for nearly 30 years now (polymers the first years), I hate that sound. Or any sound that distracts me from the pleasure of the ride. I understand it is part of the fork, but it has aways bugged me. Now my new SID Ultimate makes it. The Pike did not.

I suggest you never get an EXT shock then. They are awesome but make lots of interesting noises...:)
