The top fork post mount threads material has disintegrated on the inside from tightening and loosening caliper bolts over time (14 months) on my 09' Lyrik fork. This doesn't allow for tightening down the caliper and/or adaptor bolt adequately, thus causing the caliper to be a smidge loose on that side and messes up the rotor alignment whenever riding. Is there a fix for this without having to "helo-coil" the threads? JB weld with new bolts? Or am I looking at new lowers altogether? I have already tried using a longer bolt with washers to bite some, but that didnt' last.
Thanks.
