put bolt back in till home but not torqued, turn back out a whole turn, tape over so it stays in this position. then go ride till it you feel the crank loosen. stop. walk back.
a search function of this problem is easily found, and will give you better details, options. this one has always worked for the most galvied stuck cranks i have met in shop, and takes no more than 15 mins. of hard pedaling.
