Yeah, that lock is child's play here in SC. He should have kept the bike inside the RV, and then locked it for extra measure.

People don't steal these bikes to keep and ride. That bike is/will be hundreds of miles from SC. Best luck is on a far away craigslist.

With the orange CK headset and BB, should be easy to ID if you happen to come across it. I will assume the thief is too lazy to swap out these unique colored parts.
