I got a stokid setup made for me by Greenspeed down here in Melbourne. It was a 8 years ago, so not sure if they'll still do one.

It's pretty simple, just a BB shell brazed to a clamp made by splitting a tube a using seat post clamp braze-ons as joiners. So I'd imagine any bike builder could do one.

They also shortened and drilled two sets of hole in a pair of cranks for me. I supplied the chain, BB and pedals and hanger handlebars.

Christies Cycles used to do them machined out of block aluminium when they were around but I'd imagine that Abbostford Cycles would also do them as they inherited the Christie's lathe.
