Check it out. Just got her on there today and put her on the scale.

39.91lbs. Scary good compared to the 46 or 47 it was stock. plus there are still some heavy parts on it. The stuff saving the most weght is the air rear shock, and the Ultegra Road der and cassette. Plus the velocity rims are pretty light too.

The shock is 9.5x3.0. Stock shock was 9.0x2.75. So it actually steepened the HTA a bit. Not sure what it was before but I'll just run a little extra sag.

Anyone know how to do the math? the bike was 8 inches of travel before so... it's... what now?

I also recently stripped the frame raw. looks pretty sick with the silver lowers of the fork and the polished rims.

Sorry for the picture quality. I'll try to take some real ones tomorrow. Might even be able to get some riding in to start to dial everything in.

Yeah. I'm not thrilled about the two negative setbacks of it but, I slid the uppers in pretty far on the crown to give me a bit extra too. plus with the sag I figure maybe I'll loose half a degree to maybe even a full degree that it was before. that's just a guess though.

Yeah I love these rims. they're mad tough too. tripple wall.

I think they're older Deep Vs. I dont know though cuz i got them used and the labels were off them already. There's a possibility they might not even be velocitys i guess. all i know for sure is that they are strong, 540grams, and tripple wall. oh yeah and they look cool.

Ha, yo Casey you DEFINATELY gotta hook me up with some those. Are they as gnarr-tastic looking as my cut up old tires though?!

Oh yeah and do you have a digital angle measure by the way? just curious as to what my HTA is now.
