I'll be there Fri and was there racing last Sun. The lower half gets muddy when it rains (which it has off and on, but I doubt much has accumulated. The top of the ridge should be fine. If you have any questions ask George at Darkhorse off Rte. 17K just down the road from Stewart. Enjoy! I love that place :)

I have been to a lot of other local trails (Hyde Park Brewery, vassar farms & blue mt., + many others) but so far this is by far my favorite place to ride. I went for the 1st time on Monday with a friend & we only hit a small portion of what is actually there. We will be doing alot more another time.

stewart was a blast yesterday! i put in 13 fast miles, and was getting limited by daylight. the network of singletrack seems to grow evertime i ride there, however it's too bad those trails are not well marked and mapped. since i tend to ride that place solo, i only stick to the sections i know well, but i'm sure that is only scratching the surface

See George at Dark Horse Cycle in Montgomery. He made a map of most of it and had it printed and laminated. I used my GPS for a while just for a piece of mind so I could enjoy it without the worry of being lost. It is a blast and every time I go with people that know the place I discover something new!
