Custom builder?Cheap taiwanese frames with their stickers slapped on.Those Stevens are sold pretty cheap over here in Germany and are at a good value.
Well,at least they are bikes and ride well but when I hear "custom" I think at somethink like Turner,Ventana,Foes or something a long that line.
