Stem length and rise?

I'm 5ft 7in and ride a Medium 575. Just wondering want length and rise stem similar riders are using. Thanks,

I would recommend a stem no longer than 70mm. And just match the height of the bars to the climbing height of your saddle.

Me: 65mil sunline vone am stem. Zero rise. 5'8" med frame.
