I know there are 9 different ones, and Im trying an M frame but feel the 100mm 5 degrees is too low.
Any ideas where can I find the Stem angles and lenghts for Carbon Rush?
I looked in the website at cannondale and no luck

the 2007 lefty speed manual supplement has the 9 stem options for the carbon rush.

20° is the next step up from 5°. the lengths available are 90,100 or 120mm.
