I don't have enough specifics probably for enough information but I was wondering if anyone had a ball park figure in what a standard 26"x1.5" steel wheel would weigh? I want lighter wheels and will probably just go w/ a basic aluminum wheel, to not spend so much on such a cheap bike.

Steel rim = approx. 2 lbs.
Steel front hub = .55 lbs.
Steel spokes = .91 lbs
Nipples = .08 lbs
Total front wheel = 3.54 lbs
Alloy front wheel = 2.6 lbs approx.
There's lots of variables, but you can figure it out.
The rear would be about the same weight savings, regardless of CB or 6/7 speed hub.
