I've added the exact same amount of stans to my front and rear wheels. The front is still all liquid and sloshes nicely if I shake it. The rear is all pebbles and I can't even tell if there's liquid because it sounds like a maraca. How would this happen?

They are 2.25 Nobby nics installed in Jan and the bike sat through the winter. They stayed sealed but were soft. I added 3 oz of stans to each and noticed some pebbles at that point. I rode them twice and now I think the pebbles are worse now but not sure.

Is something wrong in the rear? Seems odd right?

Are the nics using diff. rubber compounds? Otherwise was one wheel closer to a heat source (water heater etc.)?

Same rubber on both.

The rear wasn't near a heat source, but it was more in the path of a fan that circulates air in the room. I suppose that could be it???
