I currently have a Flow MK3 that is due for replacement. ERD for 29er MK3 is 605 mm. If I wanted to lace up a EX3 (ERD 602 mm), could I get away with reusing my current spokes or will I need a different length?

If the ERD's measured the same (vs stated in specs...which aren't always accurate), then if your current spokes aren't that old or haven't had much usage, you could re-use your current spokes.

Given the stated ERD difference, I very much doubt it.

Based on personal experience, I would not waste your time. I once tried to build a wheel based on the manufacturer's listed ERD. I got 75% into the build before realizing that I was never going to get the nipples to fully and safely engage the spokes. Sure enough, I measured the rim myself and it was 3_4mm bigger than what the manufacturer listed. Had to throw out all the mangled spokes and buy a new set that were 2mm longer.
