Standard rim with UST tire?

Has anyone tried standard rim (non tubeless) and with tubeless tire (with tube or without)? I have some used tubeless tires that I am thinking about installing it on Rhyno XL wheel for my single speed. I may even convert the wheel to Stans notube at some point. I am trying to find the use for half worn tubeless tire from my FS to other bikes that I own which I ride occasionally.

1. If I was to use UST tire with tube inside, less pinch flat (not too concerned with weight)?
2. If standard rim gets Stans notube converted, easier tubeless tire mount onto the rim and less tire burp during ride?
3. UST tire bead fits into the standard rim without any issue?

Thx.

I have DT Swiss XR4.1d rims and run UST tires. I use the DT Swiss tubless conversion kit for the rims and on one bike run Schwalbe UST tires and on the other run Hutchinson UST and have never had a burp on either bike.
The UST tire will work fine on the Rhyno Light. It may be tough to get on/off the rim than a standard tire even without Stans rim strips installed.
In my experience, pinch flats still happen at about the same rate, tube in a UST.
