Speci- Suspension Tech has been an incredibly comforting presence on this forum since the early issues with the e150 fork started to emerge, and I want to express my gratitude for all of the hard work and attention he has provided over the past year and a half.
This could have easily turned into a situation where early adopters of this proprietary suspension platform were left bitter and jaded, but instead has become another example of how Specialized leads the industry in exceptional customer service.
