I am riding a paragon and would sell it in a minute if I could find a steel bike with the proper offset fork, who makes one of these? ss preferably. the paragon is so floppy at slow speed but on rails at speed.....would a proper offset fix the slow speed ? would it make it unstable at faster speeds??
