i'm thinking about building a bike for urban, and need a rear hub. i've found a nice BMX one thats 140, but i want cheaper. and ideas?

If you go with the nashbar hub, and your om a 26"you love it one of my buddies has one laced up and its a great hub, better than anything I've ridden.

Re-read the specs. It is a 68mm BMX BB shell, not 63mm.
68 is the usual BB shell width.

"American" is the usual BMX style. Big unthreaded shell.

"Euro" is mtb/road style. Small threaded shell.

You can get adaptors to use euro BBs in BMX shells.

"Spanish' is rarely used in the US. Mid size shell.
