Take a glimpse at the Ellsworth Enlightenment carbon SS. You can swap out the brackets to go geared as well. Super light, super responsive.
I'm not surprised it's super responsive with a ha of 72.5! A problem with a lot of the frames that you can change to ss dropouts seems to be you have to gain chainstay length. What we need is ss-specific frames (like the alu specialized with ebb).

The thing that makes a bike ss-specific is adjustable chainstay length. The only other option is a tensioner, which isn't an option for many.
EBBs change chainstay length just like the other options. Unlike the other options, they also change your fit and make all kinds of noise until you figure out the perfect high-frequency maintenance routine you need to go through to keep them quiet. :D

I am running a 29" Orbea Alma using the Beer Components BB30 eccentric, and have had nothing but good luck with it.
