light and beefy don't go together unless you add expensive. i use this one for DH and DJ, 37 lbs. i have a rigid fork in the mail from jenson, should drop a couple pounds, my DJ3 is a boat anchor (but stiff as hell...). jumping with a rigid is ballsy, use some big ass tires (i ride 2.7's). i suggest a horizontal drop frame, the tensioners on the market don't seem to hold up well to really hard DH/DJ riding.
