I'm sure this has been discussed numerous times before, but tried searching on this forum and couldn't find anything.

Are there any difference between the X0 and X9 rear derailleurs other than the carbon hanger and more bling?

Anyone know if there's any weight difference?
SRAM Long-Cage:
X9=216g

XO=198g

Both work identical. The aluminum X9 cage is less likely to snap, than the XO carbon cage. Get the blingy XO only if you can find it cheap*lol*.......otherwise, the X9 is a better buy.

The difference is the carbon cage and a titanium internal spring. The jockey wheels may possibly be a little different. To be honest, they are functionally identical. The rear derailleur won't make nearly as much of a difference as shifters will (x7 to x9/0, not x9-x0).
