My guess is GX eagle replaced the 11spd X1, NX eagle replaced the 11spd GX and this new SX eagle is the equivalent of the 11spd NX

Looks like it'll go towards bike manufacturers on lower end bikes. The rear derailleur looks like its missing the pulley wheel that the derailleur cable rolls on. Might not shift as smooth as the NX and up derailleurs. Maybe you'll see these on sub 2k bikes? Might be competing with Shimano's Deore...which looks better than this. The SX is like X5 or X3 level.

Looks like the adjustment screws are crappy self-tapping ones... that'll be fun.
