Hi I currently own an SR suntour Epixon 2012 or so and I removed the air from the top valve hoping I'll use one of my pumps to put some back in. Should I leave it as it is until I send it tommorw to my LBS to put air in?

You should purchase a shock pump so that you can add or remove air yourself. That way, you can change the air pressure to suit your weight and riding style.
