First problem How can I get around this if possible.
Bike had spyre mechanical brakes I'm wanting to install shimano hydraulic, I've removed spyre and tried to fit the hydraulic but where it bolts onto the forks is a different shape to original spyre brake so won't fit hope it makes sense have a look at pics I'm hoping there is some sort of adapter to get around this any help appreciated.

spyre caliper is flat mount (and I assume your fork is, too) and the shimano caliper is post mount. you need one of these.

Yeah your right I thought post and flat were the same just worded differently lol I'm so new to this brake malarkey at least I can pick up adapters which is good news.

Been searching online for them and there ain't any about anywhere apart from these can you confirm that these are what I need thanks
hell if I know. I don't know what rotor size you're trying to use. that link doesn't give any of that information, either. maybe you should contact that retailer.

I have managed to get a front one that's now fitted and working great I'm awaiting delivery of the rear hoping this goes on as easy as the front
